Team 4926 GalacTech is the Columbus Robotics FRC team. Each year FRC unveils a new challenge at Kickoff in January.

High school students (working with professional mentors) design, program, and build an industrial-sized robot to solve the challenge, during a fast-paced build season.

Then, the team goes to competitions. FRC competitions are fun, exciting, and unique. Teams compete as a 3 team alliance during matches, but these alliance change each match. After qualification matches, top-ranked teams select their alliances to compete in a double-elimination style tournament.

The program is a life-changing, career-molding experience and it’s a lot of fun.
